Bargara Trike The Ulysses Club is for motorcycle enthusiasts over the age of 40 years. Its Bundaberg chapter is called the Rum City Riders and it holds regular group rides across the Coral Coast region. To find out more about the group and how you can join, visit the website.
Whether you’re touring by motorcycle or by car, there are plenty of spots along the Coral Coast to call into. One such spot is Mon Repos beach. It served as an early runway for Bert Hinkler, the man who went on to become the first person to fly solo from England to Australia. From November to March it also treats visitors to nesting and hatching turtles.
Further south is Bargara beach, which makes for a perfect location for swimming. It’s also home to popular fish & chips shop, Bradlees on the Beach.
