Cowboy Up 
Cowboy Up Trail Riding offers visitors a taste of the country lifestyle in the picturesque Darling Downs, two hours west of Brisbane.
Based at a working cattle property, riders have the opportunity to experience a muster and learn the skills of Australian stockmen.
There are several trail riding options to choose from, including a spectacular sunset ride, accompanied with strawberries and champagne by the fire.
For an extra $10 each, there are whip cracking and lassoing lessons.
