“Once Around the Block” at West End A journey into a world of different cultures, tastes, flavours, sights, conversations and music begins with a walk down inner city West End’s Boundary Street, and continues from there.
West End is and has always been a melting pot of different cultures which results in a fantastic offering of exquisite cuisine, a rich and diverse community and a true sense of character in a modern city.
There are far too many brilliant places within this suburb to be visit in the space of a weekend. West End then should be a treated like a good friend, regular visits are a must as time allows.
Whether it’s to grab a book and a chat at Bent Books, or sample Grilled Haloumi at the Greek Taverna, a signature retro piece at Lucia Good Gear or handy dose of caffeine from one of the many cafes and restaurants that proliferate in West End.
Also the Davies Park markets are an absolute must do for any resident within the Great South East, there’s nothing spending a Saturday wandering among many great stalls with a Russian coffee in your hand and a Spanish Paella in your belly.
