Once Around the Block at Manly
Manly Harbour Village is about half an hour’s drive from the CBD but a world away in terms of atmosphere. A drive along the Esplanade introduces visitors to a world class marina, meandering bikeways and restaurants and cafes galore.
On the third Saturday of each month the Jan Powers Farmers Markets pop up at Manly’s Little Bayside Park.
It is a colourful bustling occasion with farm fresh produce, flowers, breads, artisan products, meat, fish, poultry, and plants for sale.
The Manly Hotel has been the social focal point of Manly Harbour Village for more than 50 years.
Add to this a plethora of clothing stores, gift shops and more and Manly becomes a ‘must do’ on the list of Brisbane weekend outings.
