Border Ranges Camping

Border Ranges National Park is a world heritage site and it's full of stunning scenery. It was established in 1979 and has become a favourite spot for campers and bushwalkers.

The park has several walks on offer suited to different levels of fitness. The longest walk is a full day hike from Forest Tops down to another popular campsite, Sheepstation Creek.

Border Ranges National Park is accessible from the Tweed Valley Highway. Roads within the park are suitable for two wheel drives, but check with the park for road conditions before you head out. Things can change pretty quickly after some rain.

There's a $7 vehicle charge for every day you're in the park, and to camp it's $3 a night per adult and $2 for kids.
