Ghost Hunt Ghost Hunts are a fun, hands-on way for people to experience a paranormal investigation. Exclusive access to haunted sites around Brisbane is arranged, and participants are given the skills and equipment needed to investigate paranormal activity. At the end of the night, based on evidence collected, team members decide whether the site is haunted.
The Rosewood Hotel is one location that is visited by Ghost Hunters. It was burnt down in 1914, and it’s believed the man who accidentally started the fire is now the spirit who haunts the hotel. The spirit is known as the “Water Ghost”, because bed spreads, and rooms are often found saturated without any explanation. It’s thought the ghost is still trying to put out the fire he started.
